The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-speed serializer circuits, working with analog and mixed-signal engineers to deliver high-end mixed-signal designs, and maintaining and enhancing existing SERDES PHY IPs supporting multiple protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-speed serializer circuits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-end mixed-signal designs
  • Maintain and enhance existing SERDES PHY IPs
  • Provide customer support and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • BSEE or MSEE plus a minimum of 8 years of digital design and verification experience
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of digital signal processing and data recovery circuits
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
