Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Technologist to join our team at Mem Engineering Inc. as an Infrastructure Development Specialist. This role will involve working on various projects related to infrastructure development, including designing and implementing construction plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Design

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and designing infrastructure projects from start to finish. This includes developing engineering specifications and drawings, conducting field surveys and inspections, and preparing construction specifications and cost estimates.

Technical Expertise

A strong background in civil engineering technology is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Effective Communication

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical in this position. The successful candidate will need to effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Requirements
  • Education

A diploma or degree in civil engineering technology or a related field is required. Recent graduates or those with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred. However, recent graduates with a strong academic record may also be considered.

  • Familiarity with industry software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
