Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1041956 BC LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant environment.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members, focusing on sanitation, safety procedures, and job duties.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
