Patient Care Technician

At RMA Renal Treatment Centers - Mid Atlantic, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Conduct routine tests and procedures, such as measuring and recording vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with hemodialysis machine setup and maintenance
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in healthcare or dialysis care preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
