Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with EHS professionals and MESH Champions to facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive rapid improvement in key site EHS programs, including emergency response, powered industrial trucks, lockout/tagout, fall protection, waste management, and machine safeguarding.
  • Support the plant's Joint Health and Safety Committee in identifying and resolving hazards.
  • Deliver and coordinate health and safety training to production and office employees.
  • Perform data entry of incidents into the corporate tracking system, Prism.
  • File hard copy and electronic EHS records.
  • Assist in maintaining health and safety records and tracking training compliance.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time post-secondary student in a recognized institution.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
