At Greenhaven Management Inc., we are seeking a skilled Accounting Technician to join our team. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. You will also be responsible for maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, as well as preparing tax returns and other financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare cheques for payroll and reconcile accounts
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare tax returns and other financial reports
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
