About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Bistro Koz. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes to the highest standards.
  • Operate dishwashers and washing machines to ensure efficient and effective cleaning.
  • Store cleaned dishes and utensils in designated areas, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic education and experience in a similar role are an asset.
