Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. As a Cook 2, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food for buffets, line service, and banquets, while ensuring that all dishes meet the Canad Inns standards. You will work closely with the culinary team to create appealing and delicious dishes, and assist with menu engineering and production of salads and desserts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring quality presentation and consistency.
  • Assist with menu engineering and production of salads and desserts.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to create exceptional dining experiences.
  • Ensure that all guests receive a dish with a quality presentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the culinary team.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Previous experience in a culinary role.
