Job Summary

Bouchier is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber/Gasfitter to support our camp projects site. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing and project work, with a strong focus on maintaining camp facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain Natural Gas distribution lines, including underground polyethylene pipe and above ground carbon steel pipe.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of Natural Gas distribution lines.
  • Keep up to date with current safety regulations, requirements, and training for the various NG systems the company installs and maintains.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements
  • Red Seal or Alberta certified Journeyman Plumber certificate is required.
  • Journeyman Gas Fitter Class A or B is preferred.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License is required.
  • CSTS and OSSA Regional Orientation or OSSA BSO (Basic Safety Orientation before December 31, 2018) or CSO (Common Safety Orientation after January 1, 2019) certification.
  • Extensive gas fitting experience.
  • Proficiency in threading techniques.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
