Bakery Operations Manager

At ALBERTA LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Bakery Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail bakery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient bakery operations
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including baked goods and other products
- Implement price and credit policies to maximize sales and revenue
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bakery and its products
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to maintain a high-performing team
- Select and purchase merchandise for resale, including high-quality ingredients and equipment
- Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure a positive customer experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail bakery or related field
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
- 32 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts
- English language proficiency
