About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at 1288223 BC Ltd. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that all administrative services are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
    • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the organization
    • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
    • Interview, hire and provide training for staff
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years
