About the Opportunity:
Outlier is seeking a skilled English language specialist to contribute to the training of generative artificial intelligence models. As a freelance writer, you will play a crucial role in helping us improve our AI models by providing high-quality human feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and rank English text to assess the quality of AI-generated responses
- Write and rewrite prompts and responses, requiring research and fact-checking skills
- Evaluate the factuality and relevance of text produced by AI models
Requirements:
- Experience as a professional writer or editor
- Strong sense of writing style, with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills
- Attention to detail and ability to explain the strengths and weaknesses of a given piece of text
Payment:
- Pay rates for core project work average USD $15 per hour, with variations based on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project need
