Job Summary

Wilson, Blanchard Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing financial data, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
    • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
    • Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
  • Accounting Tasks
    • Prepare general ledger, journal entries, and trial balance
    • Manage accounts receivable and payable
    • Prepare bank reconciliations and review financial transactions
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in accounting software and technology
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • Experience in accounting or a related field is an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
    • Proficient in accounting software and technology
