The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina, as they will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and move heavy equipment and furniture. Additionally, they must possess strong judgment and flexibility to adapt to different work environments and tasks.

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Clean and disinfect bathrooms, fixtures, windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Heavy Lifting and Moving: Lift and move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris
