At Blair Holdings Limited, we are seeking a skilled Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office building and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.

In addition to these tasks, you will also be responsible for stocking linen closets, cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and handling and reporting lost and found items.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to work well in a team environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Stock linen closets
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle and report lost and found items

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a cleaning or facilities maintenance role
