Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Registration Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to attendees and staff during our conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with registration desk operations, including greeting attendees, answering questions, and distributing materials.
  • Collaborate with the concierge team to ensure a smooth registration process.
  • Help with the collection of CLE sign-in sheets in various meeting rooms.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to attendees and staff.
Requirements
  • English should be your first language.
  • You must understand alphabetization.
  • Seasoned conference experience is preferred.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

This is a temporary assignment, and you will be working on a Thursday. You will need to travel to another location and arrange for transportation. You will also need to park your vehicle.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and able to work independently. If you are a team player with excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply for this role.
