About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Teja Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing heavy trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Inspect Equipment: Use computerized and other testing equipment to detect faults and malfunctions in heavy trucks and trailers.
  • Diagnose and Repair Faults: Diagnose faults or malfunctions and determine the extent of repair required.
  • Order and Maintain Inventory: Order parts and maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
  • Adjust and Repair Equipment: Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts.
  • Keep Maintenance Reports: Keep accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
  • Test and Inspect Repaired Equipment: Test repaired equipment for proper performance and ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on heavy trucks and trailers.
