Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Food and Beverage Company of Kanata Inc. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient kitchen operations to meet the needs of our customers and ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our suppliers to ensure the quality and quantity of ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen operations and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
