Workday Analyst Job Description

At Meridia Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Workday Analyst to join our team. As a Workday Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the design and development of our HR System - Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement moderate to complex HR process improvements, system configuration, and testing within all modules of the HR System.
  • Assist in managing administration of security access and provide reporting as required.
  • Prioritize and manage projects, coordinate and communicate system changes or events, and support HR System Governance processes.
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders to gather information and understand issues, review requirements, and provide recommendations.
  • Mentor other System Analysts and junior team members, develop, maintain, and provide training to end users, and manage and execute testing activities across the Workday team.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Workday experience
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to own multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives at a given time
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication with the ability to maintain professionalism in all forms of communication
