As a Gate Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our airport gates, providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, and working closely with our airport staff to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • **Gate Operations:** Ensure the efficient operation of airport gates, including checking passengers' boarding passes, directing passengers to their gates, and coordinating with airport staff to ensure smooth departures and arrivals.
  • **Safety and Security:** Maintain a safe and secure environment at the airport gates, adhering to all safety and security protocols and procedures.
  • **Communication:** Communicate effectively with airport staff, passengers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education:** Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • **Experience:** 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or in a related field
  • **Work Term:** Permanent
  • **Work Language:** Bilingual
  • **Hours:** 96 hours bi-weekly
