Job Summary
Interior Health Authority, located in Logan Lake, BC, has a casual opportunity for a Patient Registration Clerk to work in a dynamic environment. This position offers flexibility and variety, with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, working 08:00 to 12:30. The role involves performing a range of clerical duties, including admitting/discharging outpatients, booking appointments, answering phones, typing, photocopying, and maintaining supplies.

About the Role
This is a casual position, which means there are no guaranteed hours, and work requirements can vary from 0 to 37.5 hours per week. As a Casual Patient Registration Clerk, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the healthcare team to deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Grade 12 diploma, plus one year's recent experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Additionally, you must have completed a Typing Test at 50 wpm within the past 48 months, issued by a valid institution only. Your strong communication and organizational skills, combined with your ability to work independently and as part of a team, make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is between $35,000 to $45,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
