Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at our manufacturing plant in St. Thomas, Ontario. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and implementing quality assurance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all related testing in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure products meet established quality standards;
  • Oversee the implementation of quality assurance procedures;
  • Keep detailed logs of all product tests and results to ensure data integrity and accuracy;
  • Retain product samples in an organized manner for future inspection/testing;
  • Assist the CRF AgriTech team in investigating complaints and follow-up;
  • Identify and alert Plant Manager and GM if product is out of specification.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education with experience in a Quality Assurance role;
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented;
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks;
  • Excellent communication skills.
