We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Terminal Operations Supervisor to join our team at Air and Oceanland Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our terminal facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production and Reporting: Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize productivity and product quality.
  • Workforce Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers and other terminal staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and participate in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
