Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Whitehorse Restaurant Limited Partnership o/a Boston Pizza. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and storing beverage and food products.
  • Customer Service: Advise customers on wine selection, provide recommendations on drink selections, and take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
  • Payment and Cash Handling: Collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment for beverages.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Preparation and Service: Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Work Environment
