The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and the level of experience required.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage administrative tasks, coordinate office services, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures
  • Delegating work to office support staff
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carrying out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administration
