Key Responsibilities- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Alberta
- 1 year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in the Emergency Department
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive hourly rate: $90.00-$95.00 per hour
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
