Senior Validation Engineer

Join our team as a Senior Validation Engineer and take on a challenging role that requires expertise and technological know-how within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical expertise and support to the development team.
- Develop and maintain test standards and specifications in alignment with internal core functions, OEM, and suppliers.
- Analyze OEM SOWs for automotive components and support the definition of DVP.
- Evaluate and interpret test results and define counter measures.
- Creation of professional test reports.
- Definition of test procedures, equipment, work instructions, and training measures for tests in the field of profession.
- Calculation of test and validation costs.
- Drive the OEM's buy-in to follow generic development and validation tests if reasonable.
- University degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or equivalent.
- Testing and Validation experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lead projects and work in a team environment.
- Professional knowledge about EV Battery, Fuel Tank, and/or ADAS Cleaning systems required.
- Professional experience in one of the following fields is preferred: Complex mechatronic systems, ideally automotive; Design and CAE Analysis of EV Enclosures, Fuel Tanks, and/or Fixtures; Data acquisition and measurement technology; Good programming skills (Simulink, C, C++, Python, Java, LabView).
