Schlegel Villages is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recreation Team Member to join our Long-Term Care Team in Sandalwood Park, Brampton, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents through engaging recreation programs and activities.

- Enrollment in or completion of a diploma or degree in recreation/leisure studies and/or gerontology from a community college or university

- Experience in facilitating group activities and programs (an asset, but not required)
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Support and enthusiasm for our resident-centred social culture and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of the five domains in Therapeutic Recreation and recreational therapy practices, methods, and techniques
