The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding assigned targets in the Canadian market. As a key member of the RS Software team, you will develop and execute strategies to effectively position our products and services to meet customer needs.

  • Explore market trends to identify opportunities for RS Software in the Canada market.
  • Actively search for and acquire new clients, outside the current sales pipeline/relationships, to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage and nurture existing channel partners and strategic business partnerships to accelerate revenue growth for RS Software.
  • Diligent follow-up with customers in your lead pipeline to identify opportunities to help them solve their payments and business challenges.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities within new and existing accounts.
Mandatory Requirements
  • End-to-end understanding of Payment Central Infrastructure business space.
  • End-to-end understanding of Payments landscape for a Bank / Financial Institute / Processor / PayFac.
  • End-to-end understanding of Card Payment, Account based Payment, Instant Payment.
  • End-to-end understanding of Canada e-Transfer and upcoming RTR payment landscape.
  • End-to-end understanding of India's Digital Payment Stack.
  • End-to-end understanding of Centralized and Bank level Payment FRAML management.
  • End-to-end understanding of Centralized and Bank level Bill Payment solution.
