About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Eco Dollar Trading Ltd. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for maintaining our inventory levels and ensuring that our shelves are always fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing Inventory: Unpack and count products received by the store, and record incoming stock in our inventory management system.
  • Stockroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment, including shelving and display areas.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and answering questions about products.
  • Inventory Management: Use our inventory management system to track and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Ordering and Stocking: Order stock as needed and restock shelves to ensure that products are always available for customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
