About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at YK Freightways Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics Oversight: Ensure the smooth operation of our logistics processes, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities with other departments.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored and tracked.
  • Production Coordination: Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule production runs in a cost- and time-efficient manner, and monitor production progress.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain progress reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
