">Key Responsibilities:
">- Work collaboratively with plan members, plan sponsors, lawyers, healthcare practitioners, and other stakeholders to address workplace absence issues and provide claim status information.
">- Engage plan members through open and respectful communication to understand the medical, social, and personal dimensions of their workplace absence.
">- Assess claims for benefit entitlement by reviewing contractual, medical, functional, and occupational information.
">- Develop and maintain outcome-focused case management plans to help plan members return to work.
">- Conduct telephone interviews to obtain information and ensure complete understanding of the absence and types of support required to assist with return-to-work planning.
