About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fish Processing Specialist to join our team at Belle River Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient removal of meat from lobsters and other crustaceans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate fish cleaning and cutting machines to prepare crustaceans for processing
  • Use shellfish processing machines to remove meat from lobsters and other crustaceans
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a noisy, cold, and refrigerated environment
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate machinery
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Reliability and teamwork skills to ensure smooth production operations
