We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate leader to fill the role of Clinical Lead at our Sunridge Mall Medical Clinic. As an independent contractor, you will work collaboratively with the Medical Director to provide leadership to an interdisciplinary team and strategic program development.

The ideal candidate will have strong adaptive leadership skills, including the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and make informed decisions under pressure. You will also provide strategic leadership for clinical operations, guiding the care teams in delivering patient-centered care while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Active family physician in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
