Job Responsibilities
* Facilitate dynamic classroom learning experiences using teaching strategies suited to adult learners' needs.
* Ensure students' motivation and maximize their potential.
* Develop classroom strategies to promote knowledge and skills acquisition and retention.
* Evaluate students' performance through various academic assessments.
* Prepare academic reports, including grading sheets, attendance records, and assessments.
* Develop and update course syllabus, content and schedules as needed.
* Collaborate to develop and update curriculum, manuals, and guides.
Requirements
* A degree, diploma, certificate, or professional designation in Cybersecurity and related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of work-related experience.
* Minimum 1 year of instructional experience or training certificate in adult education.
* Deep understanding of network and computer security.
* Proficiency in technical skills necessary for training Cybersecurity Specialists.
* Results-driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
