Security Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Services Supervisor to join our team at Living Shepherd Security Services Inc. This is a permanent full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in the community.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and scheduling activities of security personnel.
- This includes preparing and submitting progress reports, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- You will also train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Security Guard License is a must.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments. You should also be able to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is between $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
