About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at InfinityEdge Solutions. As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving the managerial methods and organization of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conduct research to determine the impact of managerial policies and programs on our operations
  • Develop and propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance our performance
  • Plan and execute the re-organization of operations to meet business objectives
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and performance
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial sustainability
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and clients
  • Organized and efficient, with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Permanent work arrangement, 30 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
