About the Role

The Aircraft Technical Records Coordinator will play a vital part in De Havilland Canada's OEM Certified Refurbished Aircraft Program, supporting aircraft acquisition, repatriation, storage, and remarketing activities. As a key member of our team, you will contribute your technical and commercial expertise to ensure the successful induction of aircraft assets into our MRO for refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Manage aircraft technical records packages for De Havilland Canada's portfolio throughout the life-cycle of aircraft ownership.\
  • Collaborate with internal functions and external service providers to coordinate the trading of aircraft during pre-buy records reviews and prepare delivery records packages.\
  • Induct aircraft technical records into De Havilland Canada's Asset Management systems, including auditing inbound records and filing them into a standard ICAO A,B,C file system.\
  • Maintain accurate records of all checks, services, and maintenance or repair activities for future inspection by Aviation Authorities.\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and contracted resources providing aircraft records audits, CAMO support, or database services.\
  • Ensure compliance with government requirements, industry standards, and customer requests.\\/ul\

About You

\

We are seeking an experienced Technical Records Manager with a proven track record of managing complex technical records systems. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be invaluable in this role.

Key Qualifications:

\
  • \
  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Records Management.\
  • Knowledge of certification, regulatory, and jurisdictional requirements for Dash 8 aircraft, MRO, and operators is highly desirable.\
  • Strong understanding of airworthiness requirements, quality systems, engineering, and flight operations principles.\
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and working knowledge of an aircraft maintenance control computer system.\\/ul\
