About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team, bringing a deep understanding of financial concepts, analytical expertise, and exceptional communication skills. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement, leveraging your financial acumen and technical expertise to make a meaningful impact on our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of financial knowledge, business acumen, and project management skills, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial models, analyses, and reports that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and analyses, using data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive change.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement financial reviews, forecasts, and reporting models, fostering open communication and collaboration across functions.
3. Partner with business leaders and partners to provide actionable insights, supporting thoughtful decision-making and driving business outcomes.
4. Identify and resolve complex data integrity issues, ensuring seamless resolution and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
5. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, leveraging your analytical expertise and technical skills to drive meaningful change.
6. Contribute to hiring, development, and mentoring activities, promoting a culture of excellence and inclusivity within the team.
7. Foster a positive work environment, being a collaborative, supportive, and effective influencer, setting an example for new team members, and contributing to a cohesive, high-performing team.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools, such as SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos, and other financial systems like Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards.
- Participation in continuous improvement projects, scaling and improving controllership with measurable results.
- Experience solving complex business challenges through delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations, resulting in significant business impact.
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, along with data interpretation of results.
