Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller to join our team at our Barriere Branch. As a Teller, you will play a critical role in providing excellent service to our members, handling various transactions, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Handle a high volume of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and loan payments.
- Accurately balance ATM transactions and maintain member account documentation securely.
- Ensure compliance with Beem Credit Union security policies regarding cash and related items.
- Address member requests and identify opportunities to promote additional banking services and products.
- Respond promptly to member inquiries, escalating complex requests as needed.
- 1 year of experience in a sales and service-oriented role, preferably with exposure to handling of cash.
- Completion of secondary school diploma.
- Excellent customer service and strong relationship-building abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
