We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Anishinabek Employment & Training Services. As an Operations Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and provide training for staff, as well as supervise office and volunteer staff.
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, and ensure excellent oral and written communication.
