Baxter's Bakery is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in creating high-quality pastries, bread, and sweet goods.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or food processing environment. Responsibilities include preparing dough and batters according to recipes, baking mixed dough and batters, and frosting and decorating cakes and baked goods.

A secondary school graduation certificate and attention to detail are essential for this role. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, physically demanding tasks, and standing for extended periods are also required.

This position requires manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colours. Overtime may be required, and the work environment can be physically demanding.

The successful candidate will work 30-40 hours per week in a permanent position, with English being the primary language of communication.
