About the Role

We are seeking an experienced interior design project coordinator to join our team at Ateliers Jacob. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple interior design projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs of projects and ensure accurate budgeting;
  • Prepare detailed specifications for clients and stakeholders;
  • Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment with designers, contractors, and suppliers;
  • Supervise staff or team members as needed to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to inform project decisions;
Computer and Technology Requirements
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD software;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word;
  • Knowledge of SketchUp design software;

  • Valid driver's license;
Transportation/Travel Information
  • Valid driver's license;
