About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, and 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience. A CPA designation is preferred, as well as global accounting and tax experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning:
    • Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Prepare and review budget reports to ensure accuracy.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Accounting Operations:
    • Oversee account reconciliation and ensure accuracy.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial statements.
    • Communicate with stakeholders to clear outstanding balances.
  • Payroll & Taxation:
    • Prepare accurate and timely payroll transactions.
    • Coordinate with tax professionals to prepare and file tax returns.
    • Assess tax requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Leadership & Development:
    • Lead the accounting department and provide guidance to team members.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $76,000 - $127,000 per year, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. We are committed to providing a positive and inclusive work environment that supports our employees' success.
