Bilingual Instructional Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Instructional Designer to join our team at Cella. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, fully accessible, and engaging blended learning solutions in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities:- Support a complex learning project to deliver timely, high-quality, and consistent learning solutions that positively impact business metrics.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels to synthesize, simplify, and communicate complex information and theoretical concepts.
- Work directly with Course Owners and subject matter experts to capture content-specific knowledge and design engaging, interactive blended learning solutions.
- Ensure learning solutions align with client brand, learner accessibility, and principles of diversity and inclusion.
- Provide deep subject matter expertise in learning and performance consulting, including knowledge of external best practices and emerging trends.
- 5+ years' experience as an Instructional Designer and Developer.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Educational background in Instructional Design/Adult Learning Certificate.
- Advanced design skills in creating high-quality, complex, fully accessible learning deliverables in all modalities.
- Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint & Word) and experience designing engaging virtual materials.
- Advanced skills developing eLearning and simulations using the Articulate 360 suite of products.
- Advanced skills developing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, and Vyond.
