Toolmaker Specialist

Job Summary:

JobCart Inc is seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure precise assembly of tools and dies
• Operate machines such as lathes, grinders, milling machines, and CNC equipment
• Conduct tests to ensure tooling meets specifications and quality standards
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and report any issues or necessary improvements
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to identify and solve manufacturing problems

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker
• Strong understanding of tool and die manufacturing techniques and machining processes
• Proficiency in operating machine tools, CNC machinery, and other related equipment
• Excellent blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
