Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in plumbing
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
