Analyste commercial/ Business Analyst

Description du poste

L'analyste commercial est responsable de l'analyse et de la mise en œuvre de solutions pour améliorer les processus commerciaux de l'entreprise. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et techniques pour comprendre les besoins des clients et développer des solutions qui répondent à leurs attentes.

Responsabilités
  • Conduire des recherches et des analyses pour comprendre les besoins des clients et les défis de l'industrie.
  • Concevoir et documenter des solutions détaillées qui répondent aux exigences des clients, tout en respectant les budgets.
  • Effectuer une analyse d'impact approfondie pour chaque solution proposée pour évaluer les incidences fonctionnelles.
  • Traduire les solutions d'affaires en histoires d'utilisateurs/spécifications et diriger des sessions hebdomadaires d'affinage avec l'équipe de scrum.
  • Fournir un soutien à l'équipe de scrum pendant les phases de développement, de test et d'UAT.
  • Faciliter les démonstrations de sprint et répondre aux questions ou commentaires des clients à la fin de chaque sprint.
  • Maintenir à jour la documentation des spécifications de notre système.
Compétences requises
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste d'analyse commerciale (IT).
  • Expérience en analyse des exigences techniques et commerciales et de leur conversion en spécifications fonctionnelles.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication.
  • Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et d'esprit critique.
  • Une tendance naturelle à être proactif et une aptitude à apprendre rapidement et à poser les bonnes questions.
  • Une énergie positive et une capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Expérience de base dans un environnement Agile.
  • Connaissance de base des outils de suivi des tâches comme Azure DevOps.
  • Une licence en sciences ou en technologie est un excellent atout, mais n'est pas un obstacle.
  • Bilingue (un atout).
