About the Role:



As a Massage Therapy Instructor at triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc., you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare professionals. This part-time, contract position is an excellent opportunity to share your expertise and passion for massage therapy with students.



The Opportunity:




  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in assigned Massage Therapy courses, utilizing various teaching strategies and techniques to cater to different learning styles.
  • In addition to teaching, you will support the vision and mission of triOS College by fostering a positive, supportive, and student-focused team environment that promotes respect, integrity, dedication, and readiness.


Your Responsibilities:




  • You will advise students on treatment and safety protocols to ensure safe treatment of all clients.
  • Provide consultation to students while they are performing massages as required and/or upon request.
  • You will perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the success of the program.


Your Qualifications:




  • You must be a Registered Massage Therapist in Good Standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
  • A minimum of 2 years of practical experience is required.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills are necessary, and previous teaching experience would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent English communication skills, organizational skills, and a professional attitude are essential.
