We are seeking a mid-senior level lawyer with a minimum of five years' experience in corporate and securities law to support our Corporate Counsel team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of drafting, reviewing, and providing commentary on documentation related to various business structures, as well as a strong understanding of the corporate aspects of transactions, including share and unit acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture arrangements, and more.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our business units, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements.

  • Strong drafting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
